Great Dr. Was able to tell me what was wrong right away. Then help me find a good physio therapist even though my last experience with physio was not good. Happy to say after getting the right diagnosis and treatment I saw immediate improvements to my situation. Couldn't be happier with the staff or the level of service!

My husband and I had the pleasure of attending an appointment at this clinic today. The front-end staff were friendly, respectful and efficient. Doctor Nullia was amazing! His diagnosis came swiftly and thoroughly. He outlined the method of treatment and steps forward. He gave clear and concise directions supplemented with pictures from his computer. We highly recommend this clinic! Great job, everyone!

Had a good experience! The clinic is old looking and not very modern; it's kind of a depressing place to be honest with barely any colour or nice things to look at in the waiting room. Inside the rooms (for therapy sessions), it's small and quaint but relaxing. The therapist I went to see was good and even in one session helped me realize anxiety and gave me good solutions as to how to deal with them and it's helped! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I received a recorded call yesterday afternoon at 4pm reminding me of my 11:30am appointment tomorrow. The recording told me I had to give 48 hours notice cancel or change my appointment, or be charged $100. I get that call 37.5 hours before my appointment. Had I forgotten about it, I was already going to have to pay the $100. And this is the second time this same thing has happened.
I just called to comment on this. Primary Care asked if I had been notified about the appointment. Yes, if you count the green sticky note I was given a month and a half ago. I was put on hold for the appropriate department, and after being on hold for six minutes in silence (I heard someone pick up and put me back on hold), I hung up.
I give them two stars ONLY because after considerable work on my part, I got into see a specialist I needed to see about 8 years ago. . . it took two specialists and a year and a half wait, but things finally worked out.
